Just got sent this great mix from the NW city of Portland, OR: The Duende Elegies- a new mix of 50′s sci-fi inspired bone rattlers, breaks and beasts- featuring unreleased, original work by PlumbLyne (Jeremy Plumb).
It’s good original work, with a great sensibility of space that goes beyond the slew of overtly club bangin IDM tracks that we’ve been receiving lately (not that we don’t like bangin!). PlumbLyne is also the production half of Coyote Beat, joined by singer Ana G, who intend to release their first album by summer 2010, following up from their 2009 summer EP.
Listen and download the The Duende Elegies mix below or go to PlumbLyne’s Bandcamp page here to receive it in multiple formats. I’m gonna go eat some toast now.
