So over the past month, here at I AM A LASER we’ve been working extra hard and late nights to improve the site in order to handle all that is about to come your way. So where do I begin!

First off, we’re expanding the site to three major sections: Sound, Vision, and Style. As we cover more West Coast music, more West coast Visual Artists, and more West coast Fashion Labels, we need a way to organize it, so that with one click –you’ve got it all.

Second, we’ve developed the best dang slickest video series evah! This past week alone we went around to Kraddy, Deru, LA’s 16 Bit & Beyond, and fashion blasters S&G clothing. Old paradigm would be to call these interviews. But, once you see them, you will know them as intimate cinematic experiences with your favorite audio producers, designers and visual artists. Coming real soon!

And thirdly –hey you! Yes, YOU! I AM A LASER is kicking ass in our West Coast name everyday –but we can’t do it alone. If you’re a West Coast musician, producer, band, record label, agency and want coverage, be sure to include us in your Press Release emails. That way we can be sure to give you maximum coverage for your sonic deliveries, host mp3’s, do interviews, etc.

If you’re a West Coast Visual Artist, we have a new platform for showcasing your work extra large on the screen. Same for you West Coast Fashion Labels, editorials are the name of the game. So reach out and we can talk.

Remember, Just cause you “Facebooked it” doesn’t mean everyone who needs to know about “it” has heard about “it.” Facebook is a closed system unreadable by search engines.

Lastly –I’ll say it again, I AM A LASER is your magazine dedicated to covering the unique landscape of epicness we discover together daily, from BC to LA and beyond. If you have opinions about the new site design, (Does it rock? Does it need improving? Are Sound, Vision, and Style good section descriptions?), we are open to hear it. Just bare in mind we is still tweaking it with nips here and tucks there. But overall, its got to work for your life and our tribe.
